Terms & Conditions
Please read all the terms to determine which apply to your order.
Terms are specified for Weekday Breakfast & Lunches, All Evening and Weekend Times, as well as General Terms.
For WEEKDAY BREAKFAST & LUNCH Orders:
Minimum Orders may apply, which are generally:
- $150.00 in food & beverage charges for BREAKFAST
- 10 person minimum for LUNCHES
- 12 person minimum for LUNCH SPECIALS
- Certain menu items have a minimum number of people.
- NOTE: Long term/regular clients are allowed smaller minimum orders. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial situation for the client, as well as for Front Range Catering.
Placing Orders & Reserving Services:
- All orders are subject to availability.
- A minimum of 2 days notice is preferred for LUNCH orders.
Larger events require more notice.
Cancellations:
- We require 24 HOURS notice to cancel small functions, 4 days notice on large functions (65 people or more).
For WEEKDAY DINNERS, EVENING EVENTS, and ALL WEEKEND EVENTS Orders:
Minimum Orders may apply, which are generally:
- $1,000.00 in food & beverage charges for STAFFED events
- $500.00 in food and beverage charges for DELIVERY ONLY events
- NOTE: Long term/regular clients are allowed smaller minimum orders. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial situation for the client, as well as for Front Range Catering.
Placing Orders & Reserving Services:
- A signed contract & deposit may be required to reserve event dates. A typical deposit is 25% of estimated total for the event following proposal acceptance.
- A minimum of 3 days notice is preferred for EVENING AND WEEKEND orders.
Larger events require more notice.
- All orders are subject to availability.
Cancellations:
- We require 48 HOURS notice to cancel small functions, 4 days notice on large functions (65 people or more).
For ALL Orders:
Additional Charges:
- Delivery charges may apply and are based on time and distance.
- 18% service charge is added to all food & beverage prices for STAFFED events
STAFF is available at:
- Banquet Captain: $25 / HR
- Buffet Attendants & Servers: $22 / HR
- Grill & Station Attendants: $23 / HR
- Bartenders: $22 / HR
